Basketball: NBA season to start pre-Christmas similar to MLB not bubble.

Football-NCAAF: 6 losses in Top 25. #8 Penn St upset in OT. Tua’s bro makes college start. Alabama and Oklahoma snag recruits.

Football-NFL: OBJ ACL torn. Raiders only undefeated team left. Seahawks and Titans lost. Cowboys on 3rd QB. Antonio Brown to the Bucs. Cam Newton benched. Falcons end up like Penn St.

Golf: Cantlay wins after being down by 3 shots into the last round.

Olympic Sports: Chen wins another title. Bell takes women’s side. Leeper loses appeal. Bach virtually accepts Peace Prize. Tokyo open swimming arena. GBR takes Giro d’Italia.

Football-NCAAF: Big 10 is back! 5 losses in Top 25 2 in the Top 10. Purdue HC COVID. Baylor back to practice. Iowa discrimination. Oldest UT letterman dies.

Football-NFL: Brady>Rodgers. Steelers & Titans undefeated. Tua debut.

Golf: Kokrak wins 1st PGA Tour title. Mickelson 2 for 2 on Champions Tour. Bermuda and Houston allow fans.

Olympic Sports: IWF iffy. Jepchirchir breaks it again. Braathen wins first WC. ISU cancelled some events. Wanjiru banned. Alaphilippe’s surgery.

Baseball: NLCS and ALCS are on! Joe Morgan and Whitney Ford pass away. Yankees broadcaster had COVID.

Basketball: Lakers are NBA Champs – in honor of Kobe! James MVP 4th time.

Football-NCAAF: 6 losses in Top 25. Florida falls to the Aggies. LSU loses again. OU TX 4OT thriller. Mad Hatter has COVID. FAU and Baylor have break outs. K St Thompson out indefinitely.

Football-NFL: Texans get 1st win. Seahawks, Titans and Steelers are undefeated. Jets and Falcons winless. Dak’s terrible ankle break. The return of Alex Smith. Falcons hire HC. Thomas ruled out.

Golf: Laird wins in 3 man playoff. Kim wins first LPGA major.

Olympic Sports: Dowsett wins 2nd Giro. FIS Lewis out of presidential run. Shiffrin, Chock and Bates skip. Tokyo marathon delayed.

Tennis: King of the Clay reigns. Iga takes her first and POL’s first GS title.

Baseball: Postseason! 3 Dodgers deaths. 2 more deaths and a retirement.

Basketball: Lakers lead series 2-1. Hawks honor MLK with jersey. Rivers to the 76ers. NBA not break for the Olympics. WNBA Finals

Football-NCAAF: 8 Losses in Top 25 (2 in Top 10). VTech wins without 21 players. SMU student section ousted. Pac 12 schedule begins Nov 7. Monday Motivation: Don’t’ celebrate early.

Football-NFL: Newton has COVID. 2 MNF games tonight! Titans test positive. Punches thrown at Chargers/Giants game. HC Rivera coaches through chemo.

Golf: Sergio Garcia wins Sanderson.

Olympic Sports: Armstrong leads ‘Bike for Beirut’ tour. Jakobsen jaw surgery. Congress has power to dissolve USOPC BoD. London Marathon winners.

Tennis: Williams withdraws. Nadal and Djokovic still in.

Baseball: MLB post season begins! Yankees take home AL batting and HR titles. Angels and Red Sox will have new GMs.

Basketball: NBA Finals are set: Lakers vs Heat. Beasley felony.

Football-NCAAF: 5 losses (2 shockers) in the Top 25. Pac 12 decides to play football (welcome to the club – you’re late). GA St postponed game on error. Georgia QB confusion. VTech still win down 23 players.

Football-NFL: Fun MNF tonight. 8 games were close (TD or less). Wilson sets TD record. Montana thwarts kidnapper.

Golf: Swafford takes Corales DR title.

Hockey: Stars won in 2OT to force Game 6 – plays tonight!

Olympic Sports: JPN PM vows to have Olympics but there are some changes. Alanphilippe and van der Breggen win Road World Championships. Ice skating coming back.

Tennis: French Open begins! Finals next week. Coco Gauff beats #9, Nadal returns to the clay, Serena all onto round 2.
