Baseball: MLB post season begins! Yankees take home AL batting and HR titles. Angels and Red Sox will have new GMs.

Basketball: NBA Finals are set: Lakers vs Heat. Beasley felony.

Football-NCAAF: 5 losses (2 shockers) in the Top 25. Pac 12 decides to play football (welcome to the club – you’re late). GA St postponed game on error. Georgia QB confusion. VTech still win down 23 players.

Football-NFL: Fun MNF tonight. 8 games were close (TD or less). Wilson sets TD record. Montana thwarts kidnapper.

Golf: Swafford takes Corales DR title.

Hockey: Stars won in 2OT to force Game 6 – plays tonight!

Olympic Sports: JPN PM vows to have Olympics but there are some changes. Alanphilippe and van der Breggen win Road World Championships. Ice skating coming back.

Tennis: French Open begins! Finals next week. Coco Gauff beats #9, Nadal returns to the clay, Serena all onto round 2.

Football-NCAAF: 1 loss in Top 25. Top 25 dropped schools not playing. Big 10 to vote soon on the possible return of football. More Opt outs.

Football-NFL: Week 1 is done. Mask mandated for coaches. Bell injured. Burrow hard on his debut. Mack out for the season.

Golf: Cink wins 7th PGA Tour title. Lee wins ANA major. US Open this week.

Olympic Sports: Cockroft breaks 4 WRs in 4 hours. TdF continues. ISL changes. Caster loses appeal. Ocasio out of AU.

Tennis: Thiem & Osaka are US Open champions.

Baseball: MLB injuries. Lou Brock died. Baez not happy about video. Standings going into final month.

Football-NCAAF: 6 of the Top 25 teams playing this week! OSU/Tulsa postponed a week. #2 NFL Draft prospect sits out season (that his conference opted out of anyway). Social change plans tweeted by Trevor Lawrence.

Football-NFL: NFL Season starts on Thursday! Watson signed 2nd highest deal. Hopkins sets non-QB record. Plenty of other money talking. Mariota out for undisclosed injury. OBJ having a s***ty day.

Golf: DJ wins FedEx Cup – stays #1 in World.

Horse Racing: No triple crown this year. Authentic leads whole race despite late push by Tiz the Law

Tennis: US Open drama! Djokovic hits judge in throat and gets DQ’d! Men’s side has no previous GS winner left. Women have Osaka and Williams still in. Finals this weekend.
