Football
- NFL season openers did not disappoint

- Steelers vs Browns game ends in a TIE after multiple missed kicks. Yes you read that correctly, a TIE.
- Dez Bryant, former Cowboys WR, targeted his old team in many tweets during the game. Bryant is a free agent and is in talks with other teams.
- Eagles, last year’s Super Bowl Champs, won the NFL season opener 18-12 on Thursday.

- Although Justin Rose lost in the playoff, he becomes #1 in the world rankings over Dustin Johnson.
Tennis

- ICYMI: Serena Williams did not win. She lost big time in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 to Naomi Osaka, who idolized Williams. Maybe not after this match. Find out more about happened in the next post.
- The bad part about all of this is that no one will remember who won after all this.
- Novak Djokovic won against Juan Martin del Potro 6-3, 7-6 (4), 6-3. This makes Djokovic’s 14th GS win, matching Pete Sampras at 3rd all time.
